Glass Animals are the latest musicians to take to Radio One’s Live Lounge.
The British indie-rock band opted for a cover of Lorde’s lead single from her third studio album, Solar Power, of the same name.
The upbeat arrangement was accompanied by a handful of backing singers to enhance the cover even further.
Live Lounge listeners were also treated to two of the trio’s original singles, starting with I Don’t Wanna Talk (I Just Wanna Dance).
And the performance was rounded out with their hugely popular single, Heat Waves, that soared into the charts a year after its release thanks to it trending on TikTok.
It ultimately helped the band to land a first-ever Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.
