‘Sex And The City’ Star Chris Noth Denies Claim He Sexually Assaulted Two Women

Actor Chris Noth, who played Mr. Big in Sex And The City, has denied claims he sexually assaulted two women.

The Hollywood Reporter published claims last week by two women, who allege that Noth had sexually assaulted them.

Both women claimed that the actor had sexually assaulted them in separate incidents that took place more than 10 years apart in 2004 and 2015.

Now in a statement released, Noth has denied both accusations from the two women saying they are “categorically false.”

“The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false,” he said.

“These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago — no always means no — that is a line I did not cross,” he added.

Noth also questioned the timing of the claims, which have coincided with the release of HBO’s Sex And The City reboot, And Just Like That.

“The encounters were consensual. It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out,” he said.
